Overall, this is a great product

I have had my S4 for nearly a year and have really loved it over any other cell phone I have ever owned, especially other smart phones. Unfortunately, I am having to have mine replaced with a new phone at this time because it keeps overheating, drains battery randomly, and randomly completely shuts down.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight
Cons: Not high def, software issue

Not being one who takes easily to change, I was not looking forward to selecting a new mobile phone when my previous one died. I am thankful to the salesperson who guided me to this, my first "smart" phone. I have found it easy to use from the get-go, and even though the user's manual is extraordinarily skimpy in size and content, I continue to learn new things on this phone (sometimes, admittedly with the assistance of my more technologically astute 10-year-old granddaughter). I would recommend this phone to others without hesitation.

The Samsung S4 is a very durable device. I have dropped it several times and in such the screen has 3 spider cracks on it And yet with all that damage, the phone continues to perform beautifully. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and design of this Samsung product. I will most definitely purchase another Samsung device. Paula, John Day Oregon

It's OK

I have had to do a software update 3 times in less than 2 weeks, since then the phone seems slower, some apps freeze up and don't work properly, and some of my information like my S Notes have been deleted. Not enough storage without a memory card. I hope the newer phones are better.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
