Arrived in perfect condition and has solved my problem of finding something attractive and convenient. No more garbage under the kitchen sink. Works perfectly, and it keeps in the odors. Just what I wanted and expected. Thank you.

Super company super product

I was very happy with the first can I had bought. For some reason the lid stopped closing completely. Simplehuman sent me a new spring to replace. The spring was not the cause of the problem. The company replace the whole unit without any hesitation. Not only is the product very good but the company, Simplehuman and it curtious staff, are excellent.

We are happy with this trash can's look, durability and ease of removing the internal liner to replace the bags. We also like the large rectangular opening with lock-open lid. This enables ease of disposing of large items or scraping cutting boards directly in the container.

Great product great customer service

We had one for years. After many years of great service the hinge finally went. Probably 15 years old. Order a new one but it came damaged. Contacted them and they immediately made it right. Can’t ask for anything better.
