I like my new trash

I like my new trash can a lot, but I am a little disappointed. I had seen and used one in a rental while on vacation and fell in love with it. It was semi-round and had the lid staying open function. I thought all your cans would be like that. We could not fit the semi-round in our space so went with a rectangular one. Nice but wished it could stay open without pushing that red tab🙁.

Trash can dream

We just upgraded after 18 years with a different brand step trash can. We have used the SimpleHuman trash can less than a week and already notice a huge difference. The most helpful thing so far is that the trash can doesn’t slide even a little when we step on the pedal. Our old one did, and we were constantly adjusting it. No more! We also love the silent open and close. No more banging. I can’t wait to change the bag out when it’s full. I know it will be a breeze. And, by the way, our normal plastic trash bags fit just fine.

Great for Full timers in Motorhome

Matches our stainless steel residential fridge in our motorhome. Fits against the wall in the wide hallway across from the kitchen sink. Lid doesn’t hit the wall when fully open our when locked open. Twice as tall as the trash under the sink. Easy to scrape food into the trash without having to bend over. Less trips to the dumpster. Shipped undamaged.

Originally thought these trash cans and bags were too expensive but ended up getting one as it was the best option available and now understand why they command a higher price. These truly are quality. I have never had a bag break open and I have stuffed them full. Great buy, will never buy cheaper ones again
