My wife and I just got smart phones a month ago and couldn't believe how easy the galaxy 4 is to use. We love it and can't wait to try out the galaxy 6.
I love this phone. I'm not all that tech savvy so it took me time to figure out how to use it and I'm still clueless about how much more it can do. I wish the store I purchased it from had monthly classes for people who would like to learn the features on their phones. Overall I love this phone and the more I learn the more I love it.
The Galaxy is a great line of phones. I have the S4, so some of my features and everything are a bit behind. I do, overall, love this product though. It has more than enough memory, great durability, and just everything I need in a phone. I highly recommend this phone to anyone that's not looking for something that goes above and beyond like the S6, or for anyone that just needs a good phone. My only real complaints are they haven't put as much effort into the talk-bot (Galaxy) as other companies have, although I never really use this feature for anything other than having fun so not a big deal. I also don't like the triple tap zoom feature (I have to tap the screen a lot and that makes it hard to do), or how the screen sensitivity is off. I'm sure the S5 and S6 have sorted these issues out, and they don't get in the way too much, so I'm fine with it.
Hey not sure the phone is the problem, but it won't receive or make calls at my home. I had a different brand of cell phone before this one and never had this issue. My provider said it was a phone issue and told me to buy a booster. Not sure if the S5 or S6 is going to give me the same issue. My girl friend has an S5 and I've dabbled a bit on it and like it very much. She hasn't had the issues I've had at my house and at her house mine operates some what better. My delimna is this.....I can't see spending money on another devise that "might" fix my problem. Again its only at my home and as soon as I get down the drive way the texts I send finally go thru and I receive a slew of emails or texts ect. Of course I'm out of range of my wifi so I'm roaming and usually have 4G connection. So.... if there are any guru's out there that can wipe away the doubt about upgrades to a S5 or S6 please text me your arguments because at this time I'm not all that sure Samsung is my best option.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, not durable, not able to to use it as "phone" at my home, won't receive or send texts or calls from my home
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far I love this phone, it is very fast and like most of what it can do. Some things I not use, like the auto page turn, not get it working right. But over all I love it.
