Very impressive TV

The quality of my tv is very good. The customer service at lg is also very good. I had one incident with the tv a few weeks ago. I turned on the tv and everyone was green. I called customer service and they tried to diagnose the issue. They couldn't figure out what had happened. After talking with them, I went into the settings and found the tint was all the way up on the green. I reset the tint to the middle and everyone looked normal again. It hasn't happened since then, but wonder why that happened in the first place. Hopefully it was a one time thing.

Absolutely amazing tv

The picture quality is outstanding. Even viewing vintage movies the picture is crisp and clear. The sound rivals my 5-speaker home theater system, and the various settings give me lots of flexibility. The smart remote is simply incredible. Plus all the added features take the tv experience to the next level. I love this set! My only complaint is the very weak online user guide. The information is generic and vague. I would like to see more detail: particularly with regard to the different audio and video settings. It would help to know exactly what the settings offer.

We have not purchased a new tv in the last 6 years and we have been doing a lot of research to help us decide screen size, reputation, features etc. we finally decided on LG because of what we read and feedback from friends who have already purchased an LG tv and kitchen appliance.When we received our tv and set it up(very easy) we were amazed by the picture quality and all the features of the smart tv-Netflix, internet,the magic remote and 3D! All of that packaged into 1 LG tv. we cannot imagine that anything has been left out.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality, best buy ever!

3D Smart Cinema is Great

The picture quality is extremley vivid. Friends have all been surprised with the depth and detail when watching TV, Blue-Ray, and Streaming 3D. Only drawback is the Magic-Remote which needs to be replaced with a wireless keyboard or better Remote.

The 3D is a full experience that was not expected on a first time purchase. This TV was to be an addition to our workout room. The picture and performance has change our minds. I was so impressed, that I bought the LG Blue ray 3D player to continue to get the best out of my 3D television. I have a true movie experience at home. Product compatibility is important to performance. Well worth the effort to match product to achieve it.

Excellent clarity

I intended to buy another brand (although our previous TV was an LG) but I was so impressed by the clarity of the TV in the store that I decided to purchase this one.
It hasn't been a disappointment. Most shows display as if you could step into the picture with the characters.
We've only had the TV 2 months but, so far, it has been an excellent buy.

"Magic" remote control not ready for prime time

As a television, this unit is outstanding. Picture quality, color, 3D rendering are all beautiful!
Having said all that, we come to the remote control. Sigh. It appears as if this control was designed and built as an after-thought, Poorly constructed, The menu system accessed is clunky and NOT intuitive.
It just seems a shame to pair a superior product with a sub-standard accessory.
