Great Safe for Home Security

We purchased the Fingerprint Fire/Water Safe to secure our important documents, jewlery and hand guns. The safe was easy to setup and has provided a sense of security.

Main reason we purchased this safe was because we need something that could store a standard 3-ring binder. Also wanted the additional features of water and fire safety and combination and biometric features as another reason we purchased it.

It came a day late. Out of the box and it won’t lock, locking mechanism is defective. On top of that, the phone number listed on the sticker on the front of the safe is out of service… really?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the safe, but it slides on the rug and the biometric is impossible to set up! Good luck to anyone else who buys one.....

This Is the strongest safe I have ever owned! This safe is very heavy so there is really no need to bolt it down. It's roomy on the inside, and really easy to set up. The fingerprint scanner is excellent. The key lock on the door adds extra security, preventing the door from being opened by using a magnet. Definitely worth buying!

Fingerprint function is cumbersome. It works half the time. It’s a neat idea but not perfected by Sentry Safes yet. Also, it arrived dented on 2 corners. I don’t know if it’s the shippers fault or Sentry safes fault. The box it was in wasnt damaged so I suspect it was shipped that way from manufacturer.

Cant seem to enter personal code. Instructions say 1st enter factory code followed by personal 5 digit code... That's 10 numbers onecafter the other. Is that right or did the instructions miss a stop between factory code and personal code?
