Product arrived in satisfactory condition, the instruction videos not accurate as mine did not have the screw on the inside to remove to set up and was on hold for over 30 mins via phone trying to reach customer service to get assistance in resetting factory access lock code and to get help on how to program fingerprints URGH
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
