Exactly what I needed: Large enough for my documents to lay flat, water and fire resistant, but not to large. Soild, heavy construction. NO digital aspect, since I do not trust digital technology to keep my things safe. There is a dial lock, so, extra prevention in case someone gets the combination.

The safe looks/feels well made. But the combination lock doesn’t match the same quality as the safe materials. It feels “cheap” compared to a combination safe I purchase in 1996 from Sentry Safe. Also, the interior width dimension is incorrect by about .5 inches because of the integral rails on the sides to support a tray and/or file hanger and these rails reduce the useful width. I was separately buying storage containers based on the published width and was disappointed when the safe arrived.

Appears sturdy. Just few observations regarding fire and/or theft.
In case of fire, the combination dial appears to be plastic, so after a fire, how would possibly open it without cutting it open. The drawers are plastic and uncovered so in the event of a fire and the unit fell, the contents might be well mixed.
In case of theft, the door hinge is easily accessible, so it wouldn't be difficult remove the door.

I read where this was highly recommended as a safe company. We did not want a digital keypad but wanted Fire and Water protection in addition to security since we had valuables stolen from us.
The safe has more locking bolts than most safes. It can be bolted to the floor. And had a non-electronic option. Customer service is excellent. It is both Fire and Water safe.

Easy to operate. Maybe add a highlighted note to the instructions that water resistant safes need a little more force to move the handle (and will not damage anything using more force). Maybe add that a desiccant is recommended for moisture control as recommending you open it every 2 weeks to dissipate moisture is ridiculous.
