Solid, but Combination lock does not move smoothly

I like the sturdiness of the box itself, but the combination tumbler does not turn smoothly, and feels like cheap plastic. For the price, I would have expected a metal or more sturdy combination mechanism.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
