I got this set on a spur of the moment. My old baking pans were a mess. I was shocked at how nice these pans are. Nice and heavy, non stick, and the handles are a nice addition. I have not used all of them yet but I am sure as the cooler weather comes on I will use them constantly.

I've used all the pieces and am happy with every one of them. I already had the Cuisinart loaf pan, and loved the weight and quality so much, I bought this set. Now I can bake 2 identical loaves of bread at once. I've also made a square cake, sheet pan meal, a huge pizza in the sheet pan, and blueberry muffins, to name a few. Everything bakes evenly. My large sheet pan never popped or warped. They're weighty and good quality pans. I wish I could find a Cuisinart pie pan to go with them. Also, if you're listening, Cuisinart - please make an air fryer basket that fits your chef's convection oven TOB-260N1.

Pans are nice and sturdy, but cook much faster than usual. I'd recommend cooking things at lower temps for less time. Even on parchment paper, I got super dark bottoms on cookies.

This set of bakeware is AMAZING non-stick, no oil ever needed. Oil coating will ruin non-stick surface over time. Very sturdy, quality bakeware. Thank you Cuisinart!
