Great machine but i give it 4 stars because the humidstat is very sensitive and when it turns off it turns back on quickly and not when the humidity is 5 points higher as advertised. I will say it dried out my basement and seems to be shutting down for longer periods of time now that the basement is dry..It is very quiet and works well. The constant drain hose install should be more user friendly it was not consistent with my prior hose but after installing the hose all worked well . there were supposed to be 2 tiny screws to hold the hose adapter to the unit and they were missing but I used my own and it worked fine
I would recommend this to a friend!

I debated for sometime on which brand to purchase and I am so glad I chose this one it comes with a hose to drain the water,which is great so I don’t have to constantly empty the bucket.. plus it’s quiet and has so many options to adjust the level of humidity
I would recommend this to a friend!
