Hopeful expectations

Freezer is working fine, so far. It seems that frost is building up quickly, maybe because I have been adding a lot of food to freeze for later consumption.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Efficient, roomy freezer

I replaced two very old freezers--one chest and one upright--with this one. It holds a huge amount of items and it's easy to find everything. Plus it's Energy Star which is very important!

Had to buy a freezer on an "emergency" basis when our old freezer died suddenly. I stepped down two sizes and was a little worried I would not be able to fit all the food I had in the old one. But this freezer has good capacity. It cooled down quickly on start up which was a real plus under the circumstances. I chose this freezer because it is energy star rated and Whirlpool is a great brand.

We are loving our freezer!

We were able to freeze many bags of tomatoes and blackberries out of our garden. We are filling it with lovely organic vegetables and homegrown chicken. It freezes food quickly and is easy to organize.

Good Freezer and It's Energy Star Compliant!

There's a lot that I like about this freezer. What I like the most is that even though I put my ice cream in the door, it stays cold. I also like the area at the bottom. The only thing that I did not like as much is the bottom of the freezer. It has a little basket but if you let it down, all of the food you stored down there will fall out. So I only store things that are similar down there so that I can just grab and go.

Extra Room in Door.

We love the extra room in the door and how cold it keeps our food. It is a great appliance for people who are retired...not too big but big enough!
