Icy and compact

It's a 2nd freezer for us. I like the compact size since we primarily use it to make ice. However although it's frost free...ice and ucicles have accumulated on every shelve/coil and per the store repair tech. this is normal...but our other freezer doesn't do that. Also the shelves are not adjustable but it really could have used another shelve. I put yes but unsure if I would recommend.
