We have had this freezer for about 4 months now and are very pleased. It runs very quiet and I would recommend it. We chose this freezer over others due to the low yearly usage rating for electricity. Overall quality is good. I'm not crazy about the lower rack operation. In order to open it, you need to lift it and it will then fold down. Due to the angle of the bottom of the freezer things will slide forward, which can make it difficult to replace the rack after retrieving an item from the bottom shelf. Overall, I am very pleased.

New Purchase - Good so far

Freezer was just delivered about a month ago. All set up - just plug in and use. Simple, easy to understand controls. No complaints so far. Just the right size for what I needed as my fridge just had a bottom basket for the freezer portion. I hated all the food piled up, not being able to see what was on the bottom or organize it properly. This freezer has shelves in the body and on the door. Nicely set up.

I am happy with my new freezer as it is easy to see everything and stays organized with little effort. energy efficient and my electric bill did go down slightly as my old one was no longer efficient at all.

Great freezer, barely runs its so efficient

This unit replaced a 1978 Westinghouse that had to be defrosted every few months. This unit is great, more room with same footprint, super quiet, and seems the compressor is barely ever running due to location and great design
