Features we wanted!

Shelves were just what we wanted. The feature we were looking for was the ability to change the door from one side to the other for ease of opening. It was the ONLY model with this convenience. Thank you!

Online reviews of this freezer mentioned loud noise level. I do not find this to be true. I have this freezer on my enclosed patio and barely notice it when I am working at my desk right next to it. I might add, I built a new home in 2003 and furnished it with all Whirlpool kitchen appliances.

I bought this a few monthe ago and am happy with it. I have an entertainment center near the area the freezer is in and it has no effect on the sound quality. It runs very quiet and so far has been working very well.

Good basic freezer

Bought this online when our old backup freezer died. We had bought one similar in 2009 when our main freezer quit after a severe ice storm hit here in W Ky. Reason I didn't give it a 5, is the bottom rack on the new one is just a fold down wire face instead of a wre basket like our previous buy has. Items tend to slip out the bottom when you try to put them down there is they are on the smaller side. Have only had about a month but so far has been quiet & runs efficiently.

Awesome freezer. Plenty of room for family size pizzas to frozen turkeys or hams. You do hear it kick on, but nothing bothersome. Plenty of room in the door shelves for all the "use often" items. Overall : very happy with this freezer !

Friendly Freezer

I have had my freezer for a couple of months. I have found that it has many useful features. The thing that I like most about it is that it is very user friendly---not complicated to set the temperatures, etc.
