Bought same size model as the old one

The last one lasted for 1 year and 6 months. The cost to repair was higher than buying a new one. Could not find the size made by other Mfg.. Had to purchase 4 year warranty . Very unhappy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product

Love this freezer. We converted from a chest type freezer that we had to defrost. You can see everything clearly without having to dig thru the freezer to find what you want. It's extremely quiet and the frost free feature is great. Would recommend this freezer to everyone. We ordered an additional shelf.

This freezer is just the right balance of size, features, and cost. Plenty of space inside, but compact enough to fit well in a tight space. Light, shelves, and control all all great.

We recently purchased this freezer to hold the overflow from the refrigerator freezer. Love it!! It is very easy to see everything and it freezes well. The shelves in the door are great. Very easy to clean and does not take up a lot of room being an upright. We would definitely recommend this freezer!!!

We bought this as a 3rd freezer and because we needed easier organization than our 2 chest freezers. The only problem was when we changed the door to open on the opposite side....2 screws were stripped and we are still waiting to get them to cap the 2 handle holes.
