Not pleased would never recommend this printer

I typically do not write reviews. Unfortunately, this product is so horrible that it dictates I need to break the norm and tell everyone with ears to steer clear of this printer. The device rarely connects through usb and has only been able to connect through wireless once or twice. Will do more research next time and purchase from a better company!!!!

Epson XP-410

I purchased the Epson XP-410 printer on March 31. I followed all of the installation instructions and cannot make a wireless connection to the printer. It is now April 4 and I have spent many hours trying to find the problem. The device prints when connected by a USB cable. Even the Epson Printer Connect Setup software cannot find the computer. The next step is to make a long distance call and talk to a human. No more Epson anything for me.

No idea why the good reviews...

I have no idea why people find this printer good, or even functional. I have never seen so many blank pages, nor have I ever had to visit technical support websites for simple inquiries, like why the blank pages, why the missing colors, how many times to I have to clean the headers, etc, etc, etc. This is NOT a good product.

Im Upset The unit STILL will not print

I tried to setup the printer on my computer and never got it working, I boxed it up along with my computer and went back to the store, I left it with a teck and told him I had problems with the install he had it for 2 days and said he had got it running. I got it home and it did print but it will not work with my WIFI Says computer not found????? Im 75 and this is not what I want MORE PROBLEMS ..............Mike J.

wireless printing

I've had Epson printers for about 10 years. The XP-410 does not print wirelessly without a struggle! Though it recognizes my internet it never connects! Okay never is pretty strong so I'll break it down to 1 every 125 times I try. It's impossible and I wouldn't waste my money if you're looking for a wireless set up.

stopped printing after 7 months

I received this printer in December 2013. It was very easy to set up and the wireless convenience was very nice. The printer seemed to work well up until last week. I tried to print and it only printed some faint blue lines. Replaced all the ink cartridges, followed the trouble shooting and cleaned the printer head, still won't work. Very disappointed.
