I found with this printer you definitely get what you pay for! It takes forever to print or copy just one sheet of paper. I regret buying this printer and bought it only because my other printer broke on me last minute and I needed just a simple printer, nothing to fancy. No need for a Fax included. I should have realized it was to good of a deal! The only positive about this printer is it was fairly easy to easy hook up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Trouble shooting

I ran out of black ink. When I installed the new Epson cartridge it printed blurry. I ran some head cleaning procedures but this left me with vertical lines thru all of my graphics. I couldn't understand the procedure to get rid of these vertical lines. Why did my printing change on print heads that I didn't change? And I never could get the scanner to work. Very unhappy with this product.

Great printer ... BUT

This is a great printer, love the photos and the WiFi capability. However, I guess because I use a Mac I cannot scan to my computer, the scanning to SD card doesn't really work and the printer keeps asking me for a USB connection in order to scan to my computer or to email. Now, how on earth are you suppose to connect via USB when there's no place to connect via USB?????? So I have a great photo the I want to scan and put on my Mac, but I guess I'm just not allowed to do so. Very unfortunate that I have to ask a friend to scan and email my picture to me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Printer that will not print or copy

Extremely disappointed with this printer. Do NOT purchase this printer.
If you do not use it frequently the ink heads will get plugged and will not copy or print even after spending time performing head cleaning & nozzle checks and money wasted buying new ink.
Will not buy an Epson product again
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After 4 Months, Not As Happy

I have used this printer for 4 months now and am more and more disappointed with it. Yes, set up was a breeze and it's small. Yes, the price is unbeatable....until you have to continually replace the tiny, lightweight cartridges. When I print photos, they look flat and almost washed out-I print them on the best setting with good quality photo paper. I know this isn't a high end printer, but I would have expected better. I have to get my photos printed at a store now. I print documents using text/grayscale and the ink still runs out almost every month. I do not print enough pages for that to be happening. Overall, if I had to make a purchase again, I unfortunately would look elsewhere.....

Love this printer. The bells and whistles it came with, for the price, are awesome. I can use the Epson I-Print from my smartphone or use the email address that is exclusive to my printer to print from amywhere i can possibly think of. Glad I chose this printer.

Easy to set up

If you are like me and don't know anything about computers and printers and such get this printer! I set it up all by myself it was the easiest thing ever the directions were so clear it was actually fun to set it up and download the software, it prints really nice it makes no noise it's a nice little size so it doesn't take up a lot of space on the desk.
I would recommend this to a friend!
