Worst EVER!

I bought the XP-400 and it crashed with in the first year. It totally stopped printing anything at all, even though it was feeding paper and going through the motions. I thought maybe I had a dud, so I bought this version next. I have had it for a month and it wont print on 5x7 paper except once every 12 or 13 sheets. Every sheet in between comes out blank, or the paper "jams" (even though there is no jam) or it reads "out of paper" when there is plenty of paper. I have almost pulled my hair out with this thing! I have read and followed all trouble shooting help and nothing works. Funny, on this Epson site, the reviews are great, but I encourage you to look at other tech websites for further reviews. I wish I would have.......

poor performance

a lot of times it spits out blank pages. it sounds like it is printing, but there is no print on the page. the wireless did not seem to work, so I just plugged it in, it did not help the printing, but the files got to the printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nothing but problems

Ever since I purchased this printer it's given me nothing but headaches.
It's been difficult to keep it connected to the network and to connect/set up when it does "go offline" arbitrarily.
Now it won't print black even though there's plenty of ink and all maintenance has been performed.
I've probably used this printer a dozen times or so, so it must be a manufacture issue. Would not recommend.

Software Updates

I love the scanner/printer. It works like a charm. I received a notice to update two programs and I initiated the installation. It has been in a doo loop for about 8 hours. I can not terminate the installation nor do anything else with it. I tried to start over and got a message that the update was already in progress. How do I either complete the installation or terminate the update?

Great printer for the home and family

I've only had it for a few hours so, take that in mind.
The good: I love that I can use my (current) Windows laptop and my Apple devices to print. The set up was over all pretty easy.
The bad: Unless I totally missed it on the box and the info at the store. I didn't realize the box did not come with the USB to be able to scan and save documents to my laptop. It also requires the USB that is not included to email it out directly. Cool that it has that capability but still- it's a hassle to get out and purchase the USB cord. (Assuming it's a standard one at that I hope?)
Other than that- great for what I need from it. Compact and nicely designed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Epson Printer XP-410

This is the best printer that I have used, it is fast and true. The ink is very reasonable and last a long time. If you are looking for a printer I would definite buy a Epson Printer and truly a good choice for the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had all the printers. I bought this one because it seemed newer and was $30 off..lol
The set up was seamless and I printed from It wirelessly immediately. Really good for everyone for personal use. Probably not big enough for business. Good product so far.
