Terrible

Where to start? Setup was a headache - printer refused to connect to wifi. Attempted to connect with USB and printer still wouldn't show up as a device. Full black ink cartridges have consistently refused to print. I've had this printer for 2 years and always hated it. Can't wait until I can justify spending the money for a different printer.

printing paper doesn't load correctly. it goes side ways instead of straight. is there a "fix" for this problem?

So I got this printer for Christmas 2013 and I was so happy and excited because it was wireless and everyone in my family could use it. It worked great for the first six months, although I was buying ink about every two to three weeks. When I had had the printer for about six months it started acting weird. At first, some lines on the documents I was printing were blurred while the rest was fine, then things just kept going down hill and soon blank pages were coming through and my printer wouldn't even turn on! I wouldn't recommend this product.

Ink usage is ridiculous

I am extremely disappointed in this printer. It goes through ink in record speed, and does not let the user print anything if the printer deems the cartridge "out of ink". That means, even if there is ink in the cartridge, if the printer thinks there isn't, or you do not care about the quality, you cannot print ANYTHING.
Every time I replace the ink, the prints come out with lines or banding. When I run maintenance to fix the problem, I end up using my new ink... most of the time cleaning and head alignment do NOT solve the problem... and I have to re-download updates, and setup as if it were a new printer again just to get rid of the problem.
I am constantly replacing the cartridges, and not printing nearly enough to quantify.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the worst printer I have ever had the misfortune to use. You can only load 2-4 papers at a time for printing and it is near impossible to have documents print straight. When the paper finally goes through the feed for printing, 9 times out of 10, it is taken through at an angle and sometimes bunches up. All would be fine if it could print documents straight.
