Nice copier, not too large. Copies are nice and clear. Only problem is it uses a lot of ink. The ink cartriges seem a bit small and the ink gets used up pretty quickly. Otherwise, a good copier for the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This was such a fast installation. Very easy and not complicated. I was very surprised and please. Love the printer too. Only negative is I wasn't aware that my ink dries up if not in use. Thanks!

Worst purchase ever

I've had nothing but difficulty since I bought this and needles to say how important reliability is when you need resumes and inventory printed. This has cost me money and headaches. Save your money. This has been the most frustrating part of my life for the last 6 months. It works half the time, prints lines, drinks ink and won't print B&W

Just getting started

I have been only using this printer a short time. Document printing goes well. Printing from a website, however, yields distorted images. For example parts of the image (screen display) are cut off and what is printed is excessively small and crammed in the upper left corner of the print page. If I cannot resolve this on my own I will call into tech support.

Not very good printer

Fairly cheap, but quality shows that you get what you pay for. Constantly down, printer has to be repeatedly rebooted to print, clean jets, realign jets, etc, etc . If it sits unused for 2 or 3 days it will not print clean or whole pictures. Have to reset, reclean, recalibrate everything all over again. Not a very dependable machine. Would not recommend to a friend or family member.
