I have never had a problem with this printer, even connecting to a wireless network. Have used it for printing, copying, and scanning

Worst printer I've had

Some people seem to have good experiences with this printer, but this is the worst one I've ever had. I've had HP and Canon in the past and this is my first Epson and wireless printer. Printer makes random noises and I have no idea whats going on, cancelling a print job takes forever, wireless connects but if you click Print while the printing is thinking or whatever your job will stay in queue and never print. I can't make black ink print correctly after months of trying to fix - it leaves blank streaks, have tried 3 different new ink cartridges and all the cleaning and alignments programs to no avail. Also, won't let you print in black if you're low on color ink! Should have gotten the extended warranty but am over the 1 yr mark.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great printer! Great value!

I bought this printer to use at home for my business. It was easy to set up, works beautifully, and the ink cartridges are a value, especially for persons who use it to print documents. I love this printer!!! All of the functions are easy to use, even for a tech dummy like myself. Thanks Epson!

Unconnectable

In the time I have had the printer I have tried a wide variety of ways to get connected to my computer so it will print. Called the store, went to the store. downloaded instructions/drivers and many "help" sites. The printer does not connect and I cannot finish one darn thing. After these months, I probably cannot take it back so I will add this to my husbands recycle pile and buy another printer, but not an Epson.

Epson XP-410

I purchased two Epson XP-410 printers. The quality of the printing is terrible. I have followed all the troubleshooting procedures to no avail. I would never purchase one of these again.
