Worst printer ever

This printer is the worst printer I have ever owned. Never worked very well from the beginning but print got much worse after a short time of use. Print was missing, smudged and lines running through the paper. Run all the maintenance items with very little improvement. Got a new free replacement from Epson and that one was even worse. Could never get that one installed on computer. I am done with Epson....Would rate it less if I could.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After buying 2 different printers from local retailer, needless to say they both were junk , I did some research and bought the Epson xp-410
I absolutely love it , wireless printing big plus.
prints great , easy to use control panel , I can even print from my smartphone , five stars all day long. And priced right.

Great... with reservations

A great little all in one printer that works well with wi-fi/Bluetooth. But it seems to fly through ink cartridges and they are not cheap. So if you are mostly doing text documents with very little use of images or color, I would recommend this printer. If no, you may want to look elsewhere.

2ND XP-410

Had my first xp-410 for 9 months and it stopped running. Called Epson tech and they tried to fix it on line but to no avail. They shipped me a new one and I just installed it. The tech people at Epson are very good and try as hard as they can to help you in a very pleasant manner!!!

good home printer

This is my third Epson printer and it has lived up to what I expected of it. Installation was a breeze and it is easy to use. Makes excellent copies and it is simple to scan papers. Prints pictures that are of good quality. Only objection is that the ink cartridges do not seem to last as long as they did in my others Epson printers. All in all a good product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer makes fair copies. I have never,after several months, been able to use it wirelessly. I cannot make copies of e mails and some other printed materials. I can copy photos but the quality has been very poor. My greatest disappointment has been in the amount of time it requires to copy or print. The printer had received good comments which I read before making my purchase. I therefore expected it to perform better than I have experienced. I previously had an EPSON Stylus CX9400Fax Series which performed beautifully until after much use, it suddenly stopped working. Yes, it did cost slightly more; however I am in my 80s and my husband is 92 . We are on limited funds so I tried to "cut back" by ordering a less expensive printer. This was a big mistake. I do appreciate your promptness in delivering paper and ink which I order over the internet. Thank you.

This Printer Is OK for everyday use

I wish I could say I loved this printer, but that is not the case. Although it is a pretty good printer it has a lot of drawbacks. The first is the ink is very expensive, and doesn't last very long. The other is that it is not easy, if even possible, to print in draft mode. To do this you have to set the printer that way and then everything prints in draft mode until you go back to the printer menu window to change it. Not very convenient. I will say that it does print a nice page. Also, the size is great. It doesn't take up a lot of room on the desk.
