I do like the way it prints but on the technical side not so much. I have had to make at least 6 phone calls or more since I got it. I have only had it 6 months. It keeps disconnecting from the wireless and I have to constantly re install drivers. Twice I have lost power and it is a nightmare to get it back up and running. I always get messages printer is not responding. Sorry but my old printer I had for 8 years and I never called once on it, it was also wireless and power or not I never had to reconnect anything if power went out. I'm keeping my hopes up on this one but oh boy

easy to set up and use

I am not very computer literate and was shaking in my boots at the thought of setting up a printer. I was amazed at the ease with which the job was accomplished. The directions were clear and easy to understand. Set up was complete in no time and I was on my way to printing. Thank you for a great product.

Can't figure it out

No matter what I do I can't get the wireless function to work, so I'm stuck having to hook my lap top up with a cable in order to get any printing done. Very tedious.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this has been the best all in one printer scan copy device I have ever used. It is quick to install and very easy to setup. wireless works consistently.. Colors are true and clear, no smudging, fonts are clear and even ink flow, no patching. Fast super fast printing

I have been doing Epson printers since the good old days. Late 80's early 90's. I started out with impact and tractor feed prints and all were Epson's. Not one of them gave me heartaches. Will continue to use Epson as long as the Lord allows me.....

Install the ink cartridges before turning it on. Install the software from the CD, it will set up the printer on your Wifi network for you. I scanned a doc and a bunch of photos, printed a doc and a photo. Everything is working great via my home Wifi. Scanned files can be sent to an SD card or to any folder on yur PC. Scan quality can be set too. My only complaint is the paper feed kind of kinks the paper, but it came out okay.
