I like the printer but not the price of the replacement ink, particularly the XL. One set
will cost more than the price of the printer.

This printer has frozen my computer. I can't get it of getting latest up dates. Keeps looking for a missing module. It printed ok. Then suggested an up date. I tried to download the latest update and it hangs up. I had to close out my computer and restart it. Poor design in soft ware.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This printer is everything that I had hoped it would be, love particularly the Epson Update for the drivers. No more having to guess if there is anything that should be downloaded. Also like the size of the printer, that was a major factor as my space is limited, and so far the ink supply and use seems great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The printer meets my expectations to do small print jobs and for the wireless feature. The print & scan quality is very good. I would not recommend it for large photo projects jobs.

XP-410 printer

I was apprehensive about trying to install a wireless printer on my own, as I am new to computers,ect.(even though I just turned 60!) It turned out to be a breeze even without a USB cable!! The print quality is excellent, and I am very pleased with my decision to purchase this product!!

Set Up of Printer

Not being of much electronic literacy I am always nervous when purchasing new products. THIS WAS ONE OF THE EASIEST TO SET UP!!! Instructions and software were easy to follow, I called for some help with the wireless and questions were answered. I also installed the wireless component (something we didn't have before). Printing starts up more quickly and is completed faster than are old HP, controls are clearer. We arer very happy with this "inexpensive" (not cheap) printer. I was asked to purchase a printer that was too big for our needs and refused. This is a great printer for home use. It was also rated as very reliable. I'm glad I bought it!
