We bought a 2nd one after using this one. This is my 3rd Epson printer and I haven't been disappointed in any of them.

Not good for pictures

After my Artisan 800 could no longer be used, and I just purchased all of the ink for the printer.
I needed a quick fix because I needed to print some things for a class. So I purchased the
XP-410 just to have a back up. This printer is ok for a letter but not for pictures.

Great little printer

I chose this printer for several reasons: price, size, and abilities. I love that it is small and doesn't take up a lot of room on my desk. The price was affordable and the ink is not expensive. It came with ink to get me started and that was a plus as well. It scans, prints, and copies. All the things I will ever want to do from here at home. I expect many years of service from this printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are really not computer/technology savvy. Written instructions are always hard to follow because we don't know the terminology. NOT THE CASE HERE. THESE DIRECTIONS ARE SO EASY & DIAGRAMED....WE WERE SCARED TO DO IT, BUT THEN SO VERY PROUD WE DID IT AND NOW WE HAVE SCANNED AND COPIED AND PRINTED. CAN'T WAIT TO LEARN MORE AND DO EVERYTHING THIS IS CAPABLE OF...WE LOVE IT!

My first impression is very good. Design is modern and really cool looking. I like the small foot print. Set-up was simple and straight forward. Wireless connection is fun to use. Would recommend to buy one to all my friends.

Easy set up. Easy printing from iPad, smartphone, laptop. Thought I had the one with usb port but memory card slot fine too.

Good little printer/copier....but....

Refuses to print in black only when color cartridges get low. There is a set-up for temporary black only; however, it still refuses to print or copy. I guess that's to sell cartridges. Got it set up for WiFi-direct printing once but never again. Not sure why.

The printer is cheaply built. The scan function is EXTREMELY slow. It took 4 minutes to scan one page. This is ridiculous! It was a gift otherwise I would want my money back.
