This company is very helpful & efficient.
I had no problems getting assistance with My EPSON 410.
Reps aways hepful & concerned, I especially like the way they call you later, after service to check up on you & make sure the printer Is working properly.

Not as expected

I don't like to give bad reviews,but after a short time with no problem, the printer became unusable. I tried everything to get this printer to work properly to no avail.
The ink coverage is not acceptable. There are continually blank stripes in every printed page. We did every test recommended and there was no improvement. I am now in the market for a new printer.
I admit I am now using "unapproved" ink, but did not until after the problem started.

This printer by far actually did what the box said it would do. My I Phone, I Pad, Laptop, Desktop, ALL print. One of the easiest printers that I have set up in a long time. Thanks Epson...

We had a 4 in 1 printer for the last 10 years and thought we needed to update. Wow!! The Epson 410 is much faster and easily connected to our computers. Color is fantastic. We didn't use the fax so saved a little their. Compact and easily used. No complaints at this time. First Epson bought.

It was simple, fast, without a glitch. The test print was flawless and the online software update ran quickly. This was a big easy! YEAH!

Easy Set Up

I just set up our new Epson printer last night. The directions were very simple. I followed them step by step and was able to set up the printer and connect my laptop to it without a hitch. I have never done anything like that before, but the directions were clear, and best of all, they worked.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy installation

I am a housewife and a senior citizen. I was able to install my printer easily and I would recommend this product to any of my colleagues. I haven't done any printing yet but I am sure my machine will work quite well. thank you!!!!
