at first it was cool- having wireless printer with a click of a button. after awhile, I noticed that I can not print unless all the ink are available. if I wanted to print in black and white I could not do that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Since day one this printer was bad news. Absolutely hate it. Never had a problem with my old HP like this.

printer stopped printing repeatedly says papers out. I have tried everything, short of a hammer!!!

Like all of the printers functions, however printer consumes ink quite fast and the purchase price of the ink cartridges as a group nearly exceeds the cost of the printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stopped printing black

Had less than a year and won't print black. Have replaced the black cartridge several times and ran the cleaning cycle many times. Acts like it is printing but will NOT print BLACK.

IT DOES NOT PRINT!
Its a piece of junk, worked a few time, the first three prints were bad then I got two good prints then it was out of ink..

You always need the color ink full

I don't like the fact that you need a little of color ink to print black and white, most what I print is black and white and I feel I waste my money buying the color ink.
