Every time I need to print something I have to fight to get it to work. It can not print in black and white. If one of the ink cartridges is empty it will not print or copy at all. I will not waste my money on any Epson product again.

Prints ok, the scan feature is sloooooooowwwww. Much slower than any scanner I've had in years. The ink is expensive and gets drained very quickly.

After repeated attempts the printer will not operate on a wireless basis with MacBook Air. Very frustrating.

I bought the EPSON XP-410, it is a niffty printer if it worked properly. Took a couple months to take out of box, dreaded setup, but it was surprisingly easy, wireless. It is very slow, and colors were not a great as my Lexmark I had for years, but it worked. BUT it would not print any more, bought new ink cartridges, still not printing. Tried all the troubleshooting steps, no print. Took to store, it printed. Brought home no print, but ink is full. Upset!!! Tried the suggested cleaning sheets, a waste of money, took for ever for one to go through print path, would not feed. I think the concept of the product is excellent, if only it would print. Tried downloading drivers, tried the CD disk. I can print from my iPad, not MAC PRO, though it shows up, but offline. But the problem, the ink is not coming out of the heads!!!

We were never able to get this unit to print text properly on using windows 10. My wife wanted to copy a lot of family pictures which were posted on facebook which really got expensive with the price of ink. Now it has quit working. Will not even copy.
