I have a separate firewall through my virus and malware protection. My computer kept failing to detect the printer until I entered my security software manually and looked at the blocked connections. Once I figured this out, I had to manually allow the different in and out connections within the firewall settings. Once I did that, everything worked perfectly; however, it took me awhile to figure out what was going on. Other than that, it is a great printer and super fast.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Small but Mighty

This is truly a great little printer! It practically installed itself. It is full featured and makes amazing prints. I can't think of anything that needs improving. You can't go wrong with this one.

The printer was really easy to set up and install. Nice print quality. Great product for the price. So far I've used it to print and photo copy, black and white and color. No complaints. I haven't used it to print photos yet so can't comment on how good those will turn out.

Prints good quality pictures, easy to set up, it out prints my old printer. It does use more ink than My old one.

I needed a printer to fit into a small space, easy to operate, able to copy, print and photo copy. I saw the Epson XP-410. I was very impressed by it's features and what it offered. This printer is amazing!! The instructions are easy to understand, installation was simple, and I've been using it at least 2-3 times per week, with no issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not perfect but does the job

So far, this all-in-one printer has done the job, for the most part. We have been able to print from two desktop PCs, three laptops, two tablets, and a smart phone. Software updates, however, seem to come fairly frequently and we can no longer print from one of the desktop PCs. The other drawback for me is that there doesn't seem to be any way to scan wirelessly to a computer. Getting low ink alerts is helpful, though.
