Really like the all in one printer. I am 63 years old and learning to work with this printer was very easy and understandable.

Simply the best

I have installed over 100 printers in my time both wireless and wired. The ease of installing this printer has NO COMPARISON. I was printing and scanning in less than 5 minutes. It even installed the Twain drivers for my photo editing software. I have printed on several levels of clarity and it is as good as any I have seen. In a few words, if you are considering purchasing a new printer, for it's price and ease of installation, BUY THIS PRINTER.

Easy to set up and use

This printer is easy to set up and use and the printing and copying results are good.
It took me a long time to make a copy but I think it is because I am not familiar with this feature.
I wish the printer would have come with a USB cord.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy setup! Got it out of the box, followed set up sheet, and in no time was printing and scanning. Added the email printing option. Sent one from phone. Awesome! Print comes out very clear and bright. Very Happy with purchase!

Worst printer that I have ever owned

Waste of money. Pretty good for printing black and white, awful for printing color. Lines. Everywhere. Every time I want to print something in color, I have to waste ink and trouble shoot. Bane of my existence, you stupid printer.
I've had Epson printers in the past and they've worked fine. I have no idea why this one is giving me so many issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Set Up

Both start up fold out and the Quick Guide missed several steps to installation and are missing elements required for start up and use.
You do not include the exact type/style of USB cable that is required.
You do not mention the Styrofoam jammed inside the paper loading window that is not easily seen and that could jam the printer.
You also do not mention that the ink cartridges are slotted so that they will only fit in their designated slot, that should have made clear.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hard to get it to connect wireless, look for extra drivers, the disc doesn't do it like they want you to believe.
