easy to use. Don't have to do anything but put what you nee scaned and it's done automaticly

I needed a second printer for my wife's home office. This was perfect. Reasonably priced with the features I needed. Setup was a snap. Works well from any of my desktops, iPads or iPhones.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have a review the first day I bought this printer, but I just got an email from Epson asking for a review....I don't mind. I can go on all day about how great their products are, so if it seems like I'm repeating myself, it's because this product is so good, I gotta let folks know!
This printer has the traditional Epson style top loading paper feed and paper tray that slides out so your prints don't fly all over the place.

The XP-410 was Super Easy to set up. just plug it in, load the disk into your desktop/laptop, connect to your Wi-Fi, and that was it!
Different devices have different settings to print directly to the printer. I regularly use Android & Windows (Vista & Win 7), and I haven't had any problems. Check to be sure you have the printer as a choice to "share" so you can directly print from smartphone & tablet. An iOS user connected and printed a paper without problem.
I also like 2 features of this printer:
-you can set up a list of allowable users
-you can connect via the printer's email to send printing jobs from anywhere (just remember to bring the address with you :^D ).

I haven't printed any pictures from this printer yet, but I am sure I will get the same high quality photo prints that I experienced from Epson in the past.
oh, I forgot to mention a big plus about owning this printer...the ink cost is REALLY affordable!
Affordable ink= more fantastic Epson quality prints!

Great little printer, inexpensive and will do the job perfectly...super easy to install with my wifi and the disk installed super easy on my laptop. This is all the printer I need for at home.

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT PRINTER. IT PRINTS, COPIES, AND SCANS GREAT. THE ONLY CRITICISM i HAVE IS THAT IT USES INK RAPIDLY. PERHAPS IT WOULD DO BETTER IF WE USED LARGE CAPACITY INK CARTRIDGES BUT, SO FAR, WEHAVE NOT DONE THAT. I RECOMMEND THIS DEVICE FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS A RELIABLE PRINTER FOR THEIR OWN PERONAL USE.

Excellent & Easy

I purchased this printer because it was on sale and recommended by the sales agent. I was debating whether or not to buy the usb cable because I do not have patience when putting things together. I chose not to thinking I would give it a try first and later purchase the usb cable if needed. This was super easy to connect and start printing and works great! Highly recommended!!!

a good basic printer

The 410 is a good, basic printer with affordable ink. It prints good looking photo's that are a just a step behind the best, i.e. more expensive, printers. If you use it to print night scenes the blacks are more like dark gray. The 610, with the photo black cartridge, does much better. The 410's text printing is also a step behind the best, but perfectly acceptable. You'd have to look very carefully to notice. I can't comment on ink usage or durability since I exchanged mine for the 610, but for the price the 410 is a bargain.

Easy setup on work / firewalled computer

Wanted to set up a home wireless computer on my work (and only) laptop. Setup was easy and disk work imediatly on my home wireless network. Everything worked great and as expected.
