I like the printer, but the ink cost too much considering it doesn't last very long! need to put more ink in the 200 cartridges and keep the price the same!

I like this printer very much. It was easy to install, does everything it says it does with ease, and the printing is done clearly. So glad I picked this one when I needed a new printer.
The scanner and copier are so easy to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I been using the Epson XP-410 for several years and just love the verstality of it. The term 'paperless office' comes to mind!!! And this machine makes that work!

Does not last long

This printer only lasted about 6 months before I started having issues. The black ink will not print any longer even though they are brand new "Epson" ink cartridges. I have tried troubleshooting, but to no avail. I doubt I will buy another Epson product in the future.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This printer sucks your wallet dry, as fast as I add the ink it uses it to balance & reset its levels leaving me to buy more ink in order to print more test sheets to balance & reset...If I print 2 pages per ink changes that's a lot. you would think that if you only have to print b&w you wouldn't need the color ink in but guess what no bypassing. I have previously reached out to help feature which got me no where, i had already done all there suggestions with the exception purchasing new ink over & over again. My husband picked it up on sale in rush because our old reliable one was old & had finally had it after 11 yrs. I have 3 students who need a reliable printer & I need product that can deliver, what I have is a paper weight.

Great features but not reliable

I don't use the printer that often but when I do even after performing maintenance it still prints blank pages. The ink dries in the printer heads and nothing works to get it printing again. I will be returning under warranty and buying a laser jet which should be more reliable for long term use.

Started out as a good printer,until i changed the ink cartridges. when I really needed it to work it failed and ever since then I can not relie on it.

Good dependable workhorse. Printer delivers a quality print 97% of the time. Uses a lot of ink but what epson printer doesn't. My only real complaint is the black nozzle port clogs and will not print any black ink until I remove the cartridge and clean the port with window cleaner and a Q-tip. Wireless connection has never been a problem. I do have trouble occasionally getting the printer to scan but after a few tries it works. Over all for the money I am satisfied.
