Small compact and easy

It was an easy install once outside the box. Pull a few tabs and install the cartridges. Touch screen is easy to use as well. It prints as fast as it should be considering the size and price on it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very frustrating to try to install wireless connection. Wasted about 5 hours. I have installed printers before and it was easy. Had to resort to USB Connection which is not what I want. I like the small size of the machine, but installation is obnoxious! Also wanted machine in white and had to purchase black. All the connection problems have put me in a black mood.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm not very tech savy, so was a little wary of hooking up my laptop to this printer but I followed the prompts on the installation disc and connected wirelessly. It was so easy, I then installed my husband's laptop to the printer. We have both printed on it and we are both very pleased with the results.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Tough beginning

I bought this printer because I need one in a second home, for business purposes two to three months a year. Opened the box and followed the directions for getting the printer to start.... Unpack (check), turn on and adjust (pluged in, opened the control panel, turned on and pressed OK for English) - a horrible metal sound emerged. Tried three more times, changing language). Returned it to Office Depot for another one. Same thing happened. So, I opened up the ink cartridge area and discovered a tape holding the ink holder (that's part of instruction 4, after putting paper in, which is instruction 3). I probably should have returned this one simply to express my disappointment with the quality of beginning of START HERE instructions and gotten my money back. I don't know how well this will perform but am very disappointed in my experience acquiring the printer.

Replaced an ancient printer with the Epson wireless. It was easy to follow directions for installation but I couldn't find the USB connection on the printer. However it is installed on my computer and is working great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Unable to print

I have MacBook Air 10.7.5 (no CD/DVD drive). Software has been downloaded, but there is no connection to printer from computer. USB cable is connected.
