I find that this product is not user friendly - if I did not have some one with technical experience to set it up for me I would not have been able to make to work. Still can't figure out the scanning part of it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This was the easiest setup of anything I have ever purchased. I usually dread it because the instructions never match what one needs to do. This was very easy and I am a happy person!

Wireless Epson XP-410 Small-in-One Printer

I like the size of this printer because it is smaller than most. Wireless is another feature that I wanted as well as the ability to scan and copy, not just print. I am not a computer wizard by any stretch and the installation and setup were easy to follow.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I found this easy to install and easy to use. Although I still have to practice with it to print photos and scan and print from the web, it works rather well.
