This is my first Epson and the installation was very easy. The color seems very true and I would recommend Epson to any one.

I searched a lot of products but I knew Epson was the one I wanted. I replaced an Epson printer with an Epson, I like the fact that it upgraded my home office experience. It's compact size and features are spot on.

Print and scan on MAC were successful -

I ordered the printer and then I read the reviews about needing to purchase a cable to setup scanning. So, I was a little anxious about what was going to happen upon arrival. Initially, I installed the driver software and then I installed scanner driver and epson scan utility. Both downloads were installed wirelessly and required minimal configuration. I ran the print test and scanned a document----all worked very well!

It did what it was suppose to ! works great mechanically and the software loaded fast. Nice small cabinet fits on my desk with ease.

Easy set up

I, as many others struggle with setting up new electronic devices. In this fast-paced world of being on the go all of the time and needing important papers and/or documents printed right away. It can be really frustrating when you have to deal with many different steps on set-up. This printer comes with very clear instructions for set up and use, so it makes set-up time much faster and easier. This has made my experience with the product well. I am happy I purchased this brand.

Directions not helpful

I hate the directions that come with computers and printers. They assume you know what you are doing. The directions with this printer were mostly pictures and not very clear at all. Setting up the printer took a really long time--that was not noted in the directions. Setting up the WIFI was a nightmare for someone who does not know what an SSID is and has no way to find out what it is. Hope I love the printer after all of this!

works but has 1 problem: the paper holder.
when printing the paper falls off to the side on an angle....i corrected my printer by putting a rubber band at the top , overlapping the paper and the holder.
