Great little printer but......

Had difficulty setting up printer with a Chrome Book. My cable company technician couldn't do it. But some how I did-I really don't know how I did it. Need to have more explicit instructions for the Chrome Book set-up.
Must remember there is no CD drive and .exe cannot be downloaded.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy setup

That was one easy setup. I didn't need to connect to my computer with USB cable to connect to my network for wireless setup. I was surprised at how small the ink cartridges were though, so I will be interested in finding out how many times I use this printer without having to change cartridges.

This is the easiest printer I've ever set up. I have three computers on our home wireless system and had them all ready to print in less than 30 minutes.
This printer is also true borderless printing. There is no gap or white border around the picture. The picture crystal clear without having to, so called, adjust the printer head.
You can't do better for the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I needed a little help on certain set-up settings. When I talked to someone from Epson about it, the person I spoke with was helpful and we figured everything out quickly. The printer goes offline once in a while by itself, but it's easily turned back on. It doesn't print quickly, but if you're not in hurry, it's OK. Good, affordable printer.

I've had this printer for about 3 months and I am satisfied for the price. I use it for school. I wouldn't recommend it if you print a lot. I've used it for copying, printing, and scanning and all three work fine.

I am very disappointed with this product and disillusioned with your products. I was very pleased to see that it was light weight, small, and easy to set up. Almost too good to be true. Then I had to replace the ink cartridges, a simple straight forward task. That is when the problems occurred. I was using your companies ink cartridges, and followed directions and installed them properly but after 10+ attempt the printer would not recognize them. It is now boxed up to be returned to the store. I guess I am out of luck on the ink cartridges, since opened can not get a refund. Unhappy in Ft. Lauderdale FL.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I haven't had much luck with printers until buying the Epson XP 410. It is:
Small enough to fit anywhere.
Inexpensive ink cartridges compared to other printers.
You replace only the cartridge that is low, not all the cartridges at once.
Printing quality is great!
Simple, easy to use.
I not only bought one for myself but a second one for my grandaughter. My daughter also bought one for herself after using mine. You can't go wrong with this printer.
Small enough to fit anywhere.
