I just got this printer, but so far it meets all of my expectations. I use it for my home and print small documents and pictures for my family. I am pleased.

Connected right away and I can print something from down stairs and not have to go to see if it was done. Very high quality.

It was actually cheaper to buy this printer than to get replacement ink cartridges for my older Epson printer. Easy set up. Love the wireless feature because we keep our printer in a separate room. Although you don't need one, you should make sure you have a USB cable available for quicker set up. So far it has been working fine.

XP-410 - Instruction sheet Faults !

***** WHAT DOES "MINIMUM REACHED", at the end of this box MEAN????????????********
Upon opening my new purchase, and trying to read the numbered sequence to follow to complete my printer installation, I was struck, immediately, by the lack of order as to what I was looking at, my printer, directly in front of me.
Step 1 shows what is included in the box -- yet there is zero description as to what the item is, and what it is for!! Arrows are not a description !!
Step 2 shows 3 little steps, with a warning to "not connect to your computer yet." Why not simply say, "plug in the 120 volt power cord!" The 2nd step within major steps says "DONOT LOWER THE CONTROL PANEL ....... DAMAGE THE PRODUCT." How did the control get raised to be in the upright position???? Wouldn't it make sense to say " in order to raise the front control panel on the face of the printer, please squeeze the release bar, located on the underside of the panel and lift GENTLY, so as to not damage the panel." Remember, to close the control panel, you must also squeeze the compression bar under the control panel to release the latch, and then close, gently, but firmly !!! I COULD GO ON & ON & ON & ON!! But what will my further negative comments do to help future buyers of this product !!
If one of you staff is really interested in hearing all I have to say regarding the first setup of my printer, you have my email !!!!!!!!!

I was looking for a small printer/copier/scanner compatible with my laptop. The wireless feature interested me. It was so easy to set up and I'm not tech savvy. Everything so far works just fine. I would recommend this for light use.

Using a small in one

Have only used this printer for a few days to date but found it easy to install, easy to print and scan with clear concise colour system. The Wi Fi capability is a great convenience. I have found no downside to this computer so far and would recommend it as a good multi use, multi function machine. I use this machine placed in an out of the way area of another room than that of my computer. This has many advantages to being tied to printer by a cord.

Great little printer

I didn't need or have room for a big printer so this one fits my needs and was pretty easy to operate. I'm middle aged and wary of confusing, complicated machines with too many buttons. I print flyers, business cards and photos and so far I'm happy with how they all look. The only negative thing I can say about this machine is that you can't use anything other than Epson Photo paper in this machine and they don't offer anything but 1 size. So if you need something other than a 4x6 photo, you're out of luck.
