Great printer. Affordable and easy to install. the ink cartridges are very reasonably priced.
Support is great and easy to access. Would recommend it to any one who need a reasonably price printer and refill cartridges.

document scans

I have documents that I want to scan to the documents section of my computer for editing. Your printer has a scan to PC for this, however, the document ends up in the photo section and adobe can not edit from that section. What do I do?

Not sure if I got a lemon or what. But this printer is super loud, and goes through ink like crazy. The printing is nice and crisp, but not any more so than my old epson stylus, which I'm now missing. Anyhow I'm disappointed and it is hard to get the cartridges, there are no special combos only 3 color and black seperate. And the high capacity are only sold individually and again hard to get unless bought online....

THE PERFOROMANCE OF MY LAST 2 PRINTERS , BEFORE IT WOULD ALLOW. HAS NOT BEEN A GOOD EXPERIENCE BECAUSE THE FEEDER WILL ONLY HOLD 3 SHEETS OF PAPER TO FEED THE COPY. THAT IS WHY I ORDRERED THE 410 MODEL BUT IT HAS THE SAME PROBLEMS AS THE 400 DID. SO I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT YOUR PRINTERS.

Im still waiting for my new printer to warm up. It just prints a bunch of junk you cant read. disc installled i dont get it. seems it needs a ubs wire instead of wifi. i throw in creek and buy another brand. this comp only one year old. every thing else work fine.
