Excellent Printer!

I got this printer along with a windows 8 laptop I got several months ago and was finally able to set it up today (I've been so busy). I have to say it is WAY better than I expected! (Way better than my last one, lol). I like that the printer works more like my mom's printer in the sense that the printer paper goes in at the top (instead of at the bottom where it also comes out...). Anyway, I love this one. It's way more practical and it also has a copy machine and scanner. It's also very sleek and not bulky at all so it all works out nicely. I'm very happy with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can't use wireless

I first installed the printer software using the USB port setup. I wanted to be able to print wirelessly and couldn't find a way to set it up through my computer (the video kept stalling so I couldn't watch it in its entirety). I ended up using the setup wizard on the printer and everything checked out as Pass. When I attempt to print when not connected via USB, I get the message that the printer is offline. Terribly disappointed.

Excellent printer

I have an Epson Workforce in our home office but found that I needed a small printer near my desk in the kitchen. I chose the Epson XP-410 because of its relative small size, the fact that it would handle legal size paper, and the lower cost of Epson ink. I have been highly pleased with the ease of use, clarity of printed materials, convenience, and versatility of the printer. I would highly recommend it for both regular and photo printing. No complaints here after heavy use for about three months.

Have not managed to finish installation. Stuck on Epson download; getting nowhere. Hopefully a friend is coming by to help.
I've found that the included instructions is inadequate for a non tech savvy person. Even trying to load paper was a challenge at first. Hopefully I will like it once I manage to complete installation.

Don't Let the COLOR INK Run OUT

If one of the four color ink cartridges run out of ink your printer will not print in black and white.
This feature is very upsetting. Taking it back now.

My printer is not working properly. After the third time printing the ink is dull and the cartridge still has more than half of its ink in it. I cant find my receipt to take it back to the store.
