Was very happy with printer, now not so happy. Will not print the words in anything except what comes from epson.

Impossible to remove the plastic seal on the ink port; I had to poke a hole in the plastic to expose the ink port.

Prints blanks after first ink change.

Mine worked great until I changed the black ink cartridge- then just blank pages or pages with color only. Have gone thru $$ for ink, thinking that was the problem. Have tried everything. I bought this one because of the size. I will be returning under warranty and get something else.

NO FAX?

Bought This ALL-IN-ONE to Print, Copy, & Fax
I cannot figure out how to FAX. The video says to plug in the phone cord. Cannot find the phone port. Is it Possible that this ALL-IN-ONE Cannot FAX???? It says Print-Copy-Scan and more. Would not the "more" be FAX???
