All I wanted was a printer that was simple to set up and use. Now I am stuck with a printer I donot seem able to get connected and it wants me to spend more money to bring the drivers on my computer up to date. Another donation to the Salvation Army. What a waste.

pages are blank. Have reviewed all settings. Replaced the original black cartridge as the initial looked low. Still blank pages.
I have had numerous printers over many years and currently have 3; this is only one that prints blank pages.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Rather annoying

It took forever to get this printer work correctly. Cleaning the print heads 4 to 5 times. Now it finally prints and it cuts off the first 3 inches of the page and cuts the bottom of the document information off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oredered printer on line and recieved it a few days later as promised. Very easy to set up. I have no complaints, printer operation and quality is top notch.

I absolutely LOVE this printer. It does everything I need it to do and perfect for a home printer. It is small an inexpensive. Also, with Epson Connect, I can print from anywhere in the world to my home printer. Aside from the printer, Epson's technical support is top notch. I recently had to call them to connect my printer to my new computer. The phone was answered on the second ring by a technician who worked with me until the problem was resolved. NO WAIT TIME. He also called me back at least 4 times when my cell phone kept dropping our call. Good job, Epson. I will definitely recommend and buy another Epson product.

I bought 2 Expression XP-410 printers for my kids in college. The printers worked fine for about 6 months but after that the print quality went down hill. We can't get some colors to print. And there a blank lines throughout the pages that do print. I have tried all of the suggestions to correct the problems without any luck. So my advice is not to purchase this printer unless you like to buy expensive ink that won't work in the printer.
