Ink cost is too high. Drys up fast and out of 4 colors
one is empty unable to print. Now more serious issue is after Windows 10 upgrade I cannot print.
Click print brings up printer software shows "save"
but not "print". What gives. I have to look for another printer

Another Epson with crippling toner problems

As with our last Epson, this one began failing to recognize correct, brand new Epson-branded cartridges, only this time it happened within the first month or so of ownership. The thing is completely useless as a printer. Not sure why I bought it but I deeply regret it. Wasted the money for the printer and also the money on a full set of new cartridges. Fail. Again.

I'm not a heavy printer user and yet it runs out of ink in no time at all. Expensive ink cartridges. Not very user friendly. Do not purchase.

I got a bad one

I got a bad printer! I've aways had good luck with Epson so I got a XP-410. I installed the printer into my network and it will not print the black ink. I tried and tried but it just won't print it. Buyer beware.

I love this little printer. I just wish it was not so difficult to register etc. Registration page keeps telling me I have wrong serial number when I have correct number in various places so I know IT IS CORRECT. It is frustrating because otherwise it is G-R-E-A-T...D

The 410 doesn't work if one ink cartage is out of ink.

Good Printer for the Price

It's a very affordable printer that gets simple jobs done. The separated ink cartridges seemed like a advantage since you don't have to replace the whole cartridge just cause one color is out, but heads up: the printer wouldn't allow me to print when one color was out even if the specific page I was trying to print didn't require/use that color. Overall, I recommend it for home/very basic business use.
