i've had my printer for over a year.it now has decided to not want to pick up my wi-fi signal and i can't seem to find on-line help to fix the problem. i've downloaded new drivers and it still doesn't work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am a college student therefore I bought it with that intial thought to help me print important papers. The ink is not expensive, but it also doesn't last and I wasn't printing too much. It gave out in just a year.
It no longer prints in black and I tried to check the nozzle and the alignment but nothing worked. I wouldn't recommend this.

very poor performance

would not print(very frequently), giving an error message that computer does not connect to printer, despite all connections being on, including trying directly via printer cable. I have wasted a lot of time on getting this to print wirelessly , which is very finicky.

It is fast. NEVER jams paper.
Was easy to instal in the 4 computers in the house.
