Easy to use

As someone who isn't very tech savvy, this printer was not difficult at all to set up and so easy to use.

I had difficulty setting up this printer. The software is the problem. It says that I have to go online to setup printer, in short, I have to call Epson to help me with the setup.
Epson should include a disk that works with the setup instead of having to go online. Which is confusing!

My review of my new all-in-one printer

I haven't had any problems with this printer since I bought it last month. I had a HP all-in-one printer and it would never work right and I can buy any printer I want. I recommend this printer highly and like all of the functions you can do with it. Thank you. -Ryan M.

Extremely happy with this printer. It's quiet, compact, and inexpensive. Amazing I got a color display for this price. Flat bed scanner is a plus as are the individual ink cartridges- great idea! Also, very easy to add to wireless network. Very pleased with purchase!

With 7 kids and the ability for them to print from there tabs and computer with out fighting over who is plugging in first is awsome. .. for me

I was given this as a gift to go with a new computer. I followed the directions for installation and found to my surprise that it went well and I was in business. I am new to windows 8.1 but it went so well. This is my third Epson printer but my first wireless. I'm going to buy one as a gift for my grandson.
I would recommend this to a friend!

incomplete information on box

Having gone through many installations over the years, I decided to play it safe and buy the usb printer cable. I asked the clerk to give me the cable. and he did so. When I started installing, the cable was wrong. The clerk gave me a USB 3 cable. Apparently this printer uses something else. I could not find what kind of usb cable was needed... not on the box or instruction. So I had to waste time and manually install the Wi-Fi. It did not install automatically.
I would recommend this to a friend!
