Junk Cheap Printer but Expensive Ink Hog

It does not print many photos before running out of ink. A month ago black quit working with a full cartridge. Ran several head cleanings to get new black cartridge to work and it sucked out half the ink out of all my new cartridges. Second new black ink cartridge rarely works. Basically the printer part of this thing is unusable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use printer, especially with smartphones

This has been a great printer for our home needs. The color quality is good. Printer is very easy to use wirelessly from computer or smartphone. Our only challenge has been that the ink sometimes needs a few prints before it's flowing/inking good again. This is typically after a weak or so of not printing. Overall, this is a great deal, and meets our needs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hope it works better than WorkForce 840

So many problems with WF840 that I decided to buy cheaper model and , I thought, simpler. The guide to set it up has very confusing pictures, takes a lot of time. Later, instead of having program on disk you have to download it. The disk only directs you to the web side. The USB cable is not included. After all these headaches are over the printer seems to do the job.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Took a while to get used to the new email format-I am a vista graduate and was very happy with it but my computer suffered a severe malady and the automatic new one is Windows 7.
The reason I did not go 5 star it is the email program. There is no way to create a group contact!!!
I have tried all the "help" places with no luck.
If someone would show me how, it would be a Five Star.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have trouble printing sometimes, online help is no good. Right now I am not even sure if printer is working turned it off, too upset to deal with it now!!!!

Easiest printer to set up and use - love that it doesn't take an IT professional to get this up and going even for the wireless and wi fi applications. Excellent print quality and speed. Highly recommended!
