Not happy...

Have always had an Epson and my last 4200 was a real workhorse, Loved it but that model is no longer made. Read reviews on the XP-410 and for the light printing that I need and the price it sounded ideal. It prints just fine, but I have yet to get it to copy or scan, a scanner error message keeps showing and the instructions to fix it don't work, and the messages from others on line show that many have the same problem. Just annoying,
I am very dissappointed - to get someone to try to remedy the issue would cost more than the printer did. I am not happy - will probably trash it and get a better upgraded mode - if you are low on one color ink - the whole system stops until you replace that color -I so miss my 4200 Epson!

I picked up the XP-410 for a very reasonable price and for the money the quality has been excellent. This is my first Epson printer but it won't be my last. Very pleased. I did recommend it to a friend and he was also quite pleased.

It is a real good printer. I use it wireless and works well. BUT I can't update it without it loosing everything it knows. I have to reinstall it and set it up all over again. SO I DON'T UPDATE IT! What good is the program if you can't update without screwing everthing all up?????

Prints very clearly in both black and white and color. Easy to use.
Unfortunately, the paper feeds crooked most of the time when printing.

This is the easiest, quickest, most reliable "smalll" all-in-one printer that I have ever seen, operated or owned. Not only is it affordable to purchase, its very economical to use for our home based business. It delivers a top, high quality print of documents, photographs to even a copy(scan) from a page of a magazine. Thank You Epson for this wonderful lightweight printer that gives me a "happy expression" very time I use it.
