I don't know why I have to reset the printer ( password) about 2 times a week. Please let me know why? Let me know by e-mail, but I love every thing about the printer. Very easy to use.

Easy setup

5 star wifi setup. Have only used for short time but print quality is good. Have problem scanning to PC email that needs to be resolved. Easy printing with iPad. Would recommend printer.

this printer works fine but have some trick that can drive you crazy if you do not follow directions properly,"read and understand paper instruction and do Not inset CD included until you start doing step 1,2,3,4 (will ask you to insert ink before instructions said it),not need to use printer usb cable if you are patient and use touch screen arrow for wifi setup.one problem i found was after set up printer first try was perfect,second did not find printer from iMac but i when to general.printer, and have too delete another printer that was in my computer doing interference,for some reason my wifi has ip address many thing in the same direction so i most turn it off to get it back when iMac can find it (probably cause sleep every 10 minutes when not in use ) but nothing if perfect out there no matter how much you paid always you will get issues wifi,update,network set up and user errors lol most of the time so use your brain and don't panic

Epson XP-410

I had an Epson NX-510 All-in-One that I preferred over this 410. It prints much slower. It uses too much ink when you replace one of the ink cartridges and it recharges the rest.

poor quality

I use an Epson printer at work and love the quality, so I bought the Epson XP410 for home use. The print skipped and heads needed to be cleaned every couple of weeks to keep the print quality. I took it back to the store, and they replaced it with another Espon XP410. I am having the same problems. I still like Epson, but this particular model is a problem

I have owned many Epson printers over the years. I make greeting cards and calendars for my family. This is the worst printer I ever owned. It eats too much ink. I couldn't even make one complete calendar without the ink running out. Terrible product.

The xp-410 is not at all friendly to set up and recognize the computer it is to be used with. It took me nearly 4 hrs. to set up
