[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this in our house about a year and a half. Oven has two major issues, first is the pre-heat is extremely slow, 30 minutes or so to reach 400F. The gas oven in our range is heated in less than half that time. Second is that it isn't even in it's heat (non-convection). The steam option is nice, though I haven't used it that much. But the slow pre-heat has me thinking of replacing it.

This oven is rusting away

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the KEBU107SSS Steam Assist Oven four almost 5 years now. It's broken twice in that time. It's a great concept but I don't think KA thought through the design very well because our oven is rusting away.
It's rusted so bad that the lights are falling out of the sides of the oven. There is no metal left to hold them.
When they recently repaired for a bad circuit board, they pulled the oven out from the cabinet and out came a pile of rust that fell on the floor along with a pile of rust left in the cabinet
I also agree with the tremendously long preheat times. 30 minutes or longer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a joy to peer into the well-lit blue interior and see my dinners and pastries cooked to perfection. I think it is relatively easy to learn to use, and heats very well. Be sure to note that when you use the convect option, you reduce the temp by 25 degrees! There is, however, an easy convection option that takes care of those accommodations so you don't have to think about them. I am not using the steam assist. I do have to give it four stars because it is a challenge to type in the numbers for the temperature and timer; the touch screen is not all that sensitive, so it often misses finger pushes when setting the timer making it difficult to set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family eats more meals together more often in large part due to the simple, consistent cooking delivered by the oven. Fast preheat, easy to use presets, and a great steam cooking function that makes meat preparation quick and tasty. Our daughters are starting to bake, and so far every attempt is a perfect success. We're very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this oven. Everything I cook in it comes out exactly as it should and the steam feature is amazing. I have been using it for six months now and no problems at all. It looks very sleek in my kitchen as well. The ease in understanding how to use it is helped by the interactive display.
Pros: easy to use, Convenient Features, Design
Cons: needs a better cookbook
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Steam feature is very good, though watch out when you open the door as hot steam comes out - should be expected but the first time it caught me off guard.
The oven is VERY slow to heat, it takes about 20 minutes. Even just changing temperature seems slow.
It doesn't tell you the actual temperature in the oven while heating, so you don't know how close it is - thats a big oversight.
Cooks reasonably evenly.
Has only one roller rack, should have at least two.
Pros: Innovative
Cons: Very slow to heat up
