[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid Microwave Wall oven combination is a sharp looking appliance that we are still learning to use. We had some issues with the oven working, but the Kitchenaid team resolved them promptly. Overall the oven works as advertised and we are constantly exploring new ways to cook with the steam feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this combination oven/microwave for my new home and have nothing but problems in the 18 months that I have owed it. From the very beginning it loses communications when the power goes out, which requires a technician. Now the microwave has ceased to function completely...not under initial warranty, of course.
This is far to expensive an appliance for it not to work.
